How to buy a firearm online
You buy firearms on the website and collect them with your DNI and your licence from our warehouse in Redován or from the nearest Guardia Civil Arms Office (Intervención de Armas). Everything else we send to your home.

Step by step
We work with suppliers who prepare and ship the firearm directly. The timeframe depends on the supplier and on the Arms Office; we confirm it when we review your order.
You choose the firearm
You add it to your basket and, when you complete the order, you provide your DNI and your firearms licence. You pay by card or bank transfer.
We check your documents
We check that your licence covers the firearm and handle the transaction with the supplier. If anything does not fit, we tell you and refund the full amount.
You choose where to collect it
From our warehouse (C/ Antonio Machado, 24, Redován), free of charge, or from the Arms Office in the town you tell us. The shipping cost is shown on each firearm's product page.
We send it with its permit
The supplier ships it with the transport permit (guía de circulación) and the handover is processed in accordance with the regulations. We let you know when you can collect it with your original DNI and licence.
Which licence you need
A guide based on the Spanish Weapons Regulations (Reglamento de Armas). If you have any doubts about your case, message us on WhatsApp at 603 083 771 before you buy.

- Military personnel, Guardia Civil, police and other authorised forces.
- BB licence
- Handguns for personal protection in exceptional cases.
- DD licence
- Rifles and other long rifled firearms for big-game hunting.
- EE licence
- Hunting shotguns, certain sporting firearms and air guns over 24.2 joules.
- FF licence
- Competition firearms for sport shooting, for federated shooters who meet the relevant requirements.
- AESpecial authorisation
- Muzzle-loading and historical firearms, their replicas and other equivalent firearms, in accordance with the regulations.
What to bring when you collect
- Your original, valid DNI or NIE.
- A valid firearms licence that covers the firearm.
- If you are buying ammunition, the permit (guía) of a firearm in that calibre.
- If someone else is collecting, a signed authorisation and their licence.
If you collect it from the Arms Office, each Guardia Civil Arms Office sets its own opening hours. If you collect it from the warehouse, we arrange the day with you. If your order also includes items that do not require a licence, we send those to your home separately.
Air guns and knives
Air rifles and air pistols under 24.2 joules, pellets and knives are delivered to your home. When you place the order you confirm that you are over 18, and the courier may ask for your ID on delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a shotgun or a rifle online?
Yes. You buy it here and collect it from our warehouse in Redován or from the Guardia Civil Arms Office (Intervención de Armas) in the town of your choice. The Spanish Weapons Regulations do not allow firearms to be delivered to your home.
Where does the firearm come from?
We work with suppliers who prepare and ship the firearm directly with its transport permit (guía de circulación). We check your documents and handle the whole process.
What do I need to bring to collect it?
Your original DNI and a valid firearms licence (D, E, F or whichever applies), both at the warehouse and at the Arms Office.
How long does it take to be ready?
It depends on the supplier and, if you choose the Arms Office, on the Arms Office itself. We give you the timeframe when we review your order and let you know by WhatsApp or email when you can collect it.
What if the ownership permit is not granted in the end?
We refund the full amount. We check your documents before placing the order with the supplier.
Do air rifles need a licence?
Those under 24.2 joules do not: you only need to be over 18 and they are delivered to your home. Afterwards, the weapons card (tarjeta de armas) is applied for with the invoice. More powerful ones require an E licence and are sent to the Arms Office.
Can I buy ammunition online?
Yes. You collect shotgun cartridges and metallic ammunition from the warehouse or from the Arms Office of your choice, with the firearm's ownership permit (guía). Pellets are delivered to your home to customers over 18.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. If you pay by transfer, we hold the firearm for you for a few days while the payment arrives.
