We ship products that can travel by courier to the whole of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Firearms and their ammunition are not delivered to your home: they go to the Guardia Civil Arms Office (Intervención de Armas) of your choice.
Delivery times and shipping costs
- We prepare orders within 24 working hours. The courier delivers within 24 to 72 hours on the mainland and within 3 to 5 days in the Balearic Islands.
- Shipping costs 6,90 € and is free from 150 € on products that can be shipped.
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla because of customs formalities. If you live there, give us a call.
Firearms and ammunition: shipping to the Arms Office
Firearms and ammunition that require a licence are not delivered to your home. When you place your order, you choose where to collect them:
- Collection from the warehouse – Armería Gil (C/ Antonio Machado, 24, Redován), free of charge. We let you know when it is ready and arrange the day with you.
- Shipping to the Arms Office of the Guardia Civil in the town you tell us. The price depends on the firearm and is shown on its product page and in the order before you pay. The supplier ships it with its transport permit (guía de circulación) and we let you know when it has been dispatched.
In both cases you collect it with your DNI and your licence, both original and valid. If the order also includes items that do not require a licence, we send those to your home separately with home delivery.
Products for over-18s
Air rifles and air pistols, pellets and knives are only sold to adults. The courier may ask for your DNI on delivery; if your age cannot be proven, the parcel is returned to the shop and we refund the amount minus the shipping costs.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it without giving any reason. The product must be unused, with its packaging and labels. Email us at armeriagil@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions. We will refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method.
Once the permit (guía) has been issued in your name, firearms cannot be returned, because this would require a transfer before the Arms Office. The manufacturer's warranty does still apply.
Warranty
All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee. Firearms are inspected before handover; if you notice any fault, bring it to the shop and we will handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
