What we use your data for
Orders and delivery
Name, email, telephone and address, to prepare, charge for and deliver your order. Card details are processed by the payment gateway; we never see them.

- 6 years from the order. After that, the data is anonymised.
Sale of firearms and ammunition
DNI and licence number, which we record in the gun shop's register (libro registro) and report to the Guardia Civil Arms Office (Intervención de Armas).

- Legal obligation (Spanish Weapons Regulations).
- Retention
- The period set by the Weapons Regulations for the register. This data is not deleted earlier, even if you delete your account.
Invoicing
Buyer details and the amounts of each sale.

- Legal obligation (tax and commercial law).
- Retention
- 6 years. After that, the data is anonymised.
Customer account
Name, email, password (encrypted), addresses and your orders, so that you can buy faster and look them up.
- Legal basis
- Your consent when you create it and the performance of your purchases.
- Retention
- For as long as you use it. If 3 years go by without you signing in or buying, we notify you 30 days in advance and delete it.
Customer record
Your purchase history, so that we can serve you in the shop or by phone knowing what you have (firearm, calibre, optics).

- Legitimate interest in serving you well. You may object.
- Retention
- The same as for orders: 6 years.
“Notify me when it arrives”
Name, email and, if you leave them, telephone and a note, to let you know when a product is back in stock.

Offers by email
Your email and your name, only if you tick the box.

- Your consent. You can withdraw it whenever you like in My account or by writing to us.

IP address and number of attempts, to limit failed sign-ins, mass registrations and fraudulent orders.

What you have in your basket and whether you have signed in to your account.

Mandatory data
Optional fields are marked in the forms. Without the mandatory data we cannot process the order. For firearms and ammunition, we cannot sell them without your DNI and licence.
Over-18s only
The shop is not aimed at minors. Some of what we sell requires you to be an adult and, for firearms and their ammunition, to hold a valid licence.
Who we share it with
- The courier company, to deliver your order.
- The payment gateway, to take card payments.
- Email and web hosting providers, who process it on our behalf.
- The Guardia Civil Arms Office, as regards firearms and ammunition.
Apart from that, only if required by law or by a court.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, and object to or restrict its processing.

- By email: write to armeriagil@gmail.com from the email address you used to buy. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
